Terms & Conditions for Nyse Media Studio

1. Recording Sessions

  • Arrival and Session Start Time: Clients are allowed to arrive up to 15 minutes before their scheduled recording time to prepare.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late will not receive an extension of their session time, and late arrivals may result in a deduction of the recording time.

  • Content Delivery: Edited video and audio content will be provided to the client within 20 minutes of the session’s end, transferred via Airdrop to an Apple device or on a memory card provided by the client

2. Membership Payments

  • Payment Requirements: All members are required to pay subscription fees in full prior to the first recording session.

  • Payment Plan Option: If a payment plan is necessary, members must pay at least 50% of the total subscription amount before their first session, with the remaining 50% due within 10 days.

  • Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Nyse Media Studios are non-refundable. However, payments may be applied to a future session if scheduled within 60 days of the original payment date.

  • Failure to Complete Payment: If the balance isn’t paid within 10 days, membership may be canceled, and recording privileges may be restricted.

3. Batch Recordings

  • Approval Process: Batch recording sessions are available only with prior approval from Nyse Media Studios.

  • Payment: All batch recording sessions must be paid in full before the scheduled recording date.

  • Session Limits: Clients may record up to four episodes in a single day during a batch session.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty; rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.

5. Studio Etiquette and Policies

  • Behavior: Professional and respectful behavior is required in the studio. Disruptive behavior may result in session termination without a refund.

  • Studio Property: Clients are responsible for any damage to studio property caused by themselves or their guests.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

  • Client Ownership: Clients retain full ownership of their recorded content.

  • Licensing: Any additional content, music, or effects from Nyse Media Studios may require licensing for commercial use.

7. Liability

  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for personal belongings brought into the studio. Nyse Media Studios is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Recording and Editing Limitations: While we aim for the highest quality, results are based on session parameters.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Am I allowed to have guests or co-hosts?

Yes. Select studios accommodate up to six people per session, so you may bring guests or co-hosts.

2. Is there an additional cost for co-hosts or guests?

No. There is no additional cost for bringing co-hosts or guests. You are only charged for studio time.

3. Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, you may bring alcohol, such as wine, but it must be consumed responsibly and taken with you after the session. Nyse Media Studios is not liable for actions taken by clients after consuming alcohol.

4. Can I smoke or vape?

No. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the studios, and violations may lead to cancellation of future bookings.

5. Am I allowed to use profanity?

Yes, freedom of expression is encouraged. While profanity is allowed, we ask that you avoid inciting violence and remain mindful of your audience. We respect freedom of speech.

6. Am I allowed to bring children?

Yes, children are permitted only if they are part of the production, such as a guest or participant in the recording. Non-participating children cannot stay in the studio to avoid distractions.

7. Can I bring a guest who is not part of the show?

Yes. You may bring one guest who is not directly participating to sit on the side during the session.

8. Am I allowed to submit logos, images, or content to include in the recording?

Yes. Please send any media content, such as logos or images, at least two hours prior to your recording to allow us to prepare.

9. What if I need to cancel at the last minute?

Cancellations are accepted up to one hour before your session. Three consecutive last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

10. Do you distribute our episodes?

Yes, distribution services are offered exclusively to members who consistently record with us.

  • Audio Platforms: We distribute to major platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeartRadio, Buzzsprout, and Spreaker.

  • YouTube: YouTube distribution is the responsibility of the client.
